Q: How much per square foot do these houses sell for?
A: It would be unfair to give you a square foot price until we know exactly what you want to include in your new home. There are many variables that must be considered, such as what type of options you desire, style of foundation used, whether or not pilings will be required, etc.
Q: Are Modular Homes the same as Trailer Houses (sometimes referred to as Manufactured houses)?
A: No. These modular homes are built to International Residency Code (IRC) standards. The same standards are used to build houses that are built on-site. All Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and other building codes are strictly adhered to. Even local building codes are met or exceeded.
Q: How fast can Prestige Better Built Homes have my house completed?
A: Typically, we can have your home ready for occupancy in _____weeks from contract signing if all the paperwork required is easily obtainable and in order.
Q: Do you have financing available?
A: Yes, our counselors will be happy to put you in touch with a list of several finance professionals in the local area.
Q: Can I change the floorplan more to my liking?
A: Some models have optional variations already designed for you. If you have something in mind that isn’t presented on any of the plans, we may be able to change it for you. An additional engineering charge may or may not apply.
Q: Is the foundation included in the price?
A: Yes. There are several foundation options you may choose from. Your counselor will assist you to choose one that fits your style and your budget.
Q: Who builds your homes?
A: We work with several manufacturers, so we are not considered a modular home dealer, we are home builders.
Q: I like gas appliances; can I have the house plumbed for gas?
A: Yes
